Regional Project Manager Position Overview

This role entails overseeing the delivery of audiovisual integration projects across a regional area. Key responsibilities include project ownership from planning to execution, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion to high technical standards.

Project management skills are essential in this position, as well as effective communication with clients and team members to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage AV integration projects from initiation to completion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate internal engineering teams, external vendors, and subcontractors during design, installation, and commissioning phases.
  • Monitor project financials, including budgeting and cost tracking.
  • Ensure all systems are delivered to high technical standards and comply with industry best practices and client requirements.

Strong leadership, project coordination, and client-facing communication skills are required for success in this role. Experience working with global teams and international clients is highly desirable.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing AV integration projects, preferably in a regional or multi-country capacity.
  • Strong technical understanding of AV systems, including video conferencing platforms, control systems (e.g., Crestron, Extron, AMX), audio DSPs, and display and projection technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, project coordination, and client-facing communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • PMP, CTS-D, or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with global teams and international clients.
  • Familiarity with IT/AV convergence and enterprise AV standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
