Associate Legal Counsel Job

As a legal professional, you will take end-to-end ownership of high-impact legal work across the board.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, draft, negotiate and vet commercial agreements including SaaS, licensing, data sharing and NDAs.
  • Support in ensuring compliance with data protection laws.
  • Contribute to internal compliance, IP protection and risk management frameworks.
  • Liaise with external counsels and regulators when needed.
  • Stay updated on evolving legal and regulatory landscapes and inform internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining internal legal processes and templates.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in law or as in-house counsel.
  • LL.B. required.
  • Strong skills in legal drafting and negotiation.
  • Understanding of software licensing and technology transfers.
  • Clear communication skills to simplify legal concepts for non-legal teams.
