About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Legal Manager to spearhead our legal operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Due Diligence and Compliance: Conduct thorough due diligence of land records to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, thereby mitigating potential risks.
  • Contract Negotiation and Management: Draft and negotiate complex legal agreements, including Conveyance Deeds, Agreements for Sale, and Development Agreements, to safeguard the organization's interests.
  • RERA Act Compliance: Ensure compliance with the RERA Act and facilitate the formation of Societies/Condominiums to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Litigation and Dispute Resolution: Oversee litigation matters and manage dispute resolution processes to minimize financial and reputational losses.
  • Reputation Enhancement: Develop and implement strategies to elevate the organization's reputation and resolve disputes efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in a senior legal role is essential for this position.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, solution-oriented mindset, and team management skills are required to excel in this role.
