Job Title: Senior In-House Counsel

About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Associate to join our legal team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-level legal advice and guidance to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of matters including mergers and acquisitions, litigation, and contract negotiation.
  • In addition to your technical expertise, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Represent clients before various judicial and quasi-judicial bodies.
  2. Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence for complex transactions.
  3. Lead and oversee litigation proceedings, ensuring optimal outcomes.
  4. Draft and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.
  5. Provide legal advisory services on regulatory matters.
  6. Perform in-depth legal research and analysis.
  7. Coordinate with internal departments and external counsel to address regulatory issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines.
