Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Accounting Advisor. This role offers the chance to work with top global clients across various markets and industry sectors, providing accounting and reporting consulting services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in business development activities, contributing to proposal development and managing client relationships.
  • Oversee project management for consulting engagements, providing technical accounting advice to clients on complex issues.
  • Assist clients with the implementation of new accounting standards and review their financial information for recommendations on improvement.
  • Supervise and mentor team members, fostering their professional growth and staying up-to-date on developments in accounting standards and regulations.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines, exhibiting attention to detail and working independently.

Requirements:

  • Strong domain knowledge, project management, business development, and people skills.
  • A sound understanding of accounting concepts and effective application of this knowledge to moderately difficult and/or complex client situations.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice, as necessary.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Demonstrate integrity, values, principles, and work ethic, leading by example.

Qualification:

  • Qualified CAs or CPAs/ACCAs with experience of working in technical accounting/financial reporting.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience.
