Job Summary:
The Learning and Development (L&D) executive is responsible for identifying employee skill gaps, designing training programs, and delivering training sessions to enhance organizational performance. This role focuses on continuous development through in-person and digital training, supporting employee growth and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a thorough analysis of training needs across departments to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, e-learning content, and other educational materials that meet the needs of employees at all levels.
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions, including onboarding, soft skills, technical training, and leadership development programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of training sessions, reports, and learning dashboards.
- Collaborate with department heads to align L&D initiatives with business goals and objectives.
- Build relationships with external training providers and consultants as needed to support the organization's training needs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
