Learning and Growth Specialist As a key player in the organization's growth and learning culture, this role collaborates with the Learning Manager to identify departmental growth opportunities, design OKRs, and implement innovative learning programs.This involves managing the delivery of various training initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills, along with experience in LMS platforms and e-learning tools, and proficiency in data analysis to evaluate training effectiveness.This is a unique opportunity to drive employee development and contribute to the organization's overall success.Key Responsibilities:
  1. Evaluate departmental needs to identify skill gaps and growth opportunities.
  2. Collaborate with department heads to design actionable strategies for bridging skill gaps.
  3. Align training initiatives with organizational objectives to support overall goals.
  4. Develop innovative learning programs using gamification, hybrid learning, and microlearning models.
  5. Create engaging training materials, presentations, and e-learning modules tailored to various audiences.
  6. Facilitate workshops, webinars, and interactive sessions for employees across all levels.
  7. Monitor training effectiveness through feedback and data-driven insights to ensure continuous improvement.
  8. Manage multiple learning and development projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  9. Leverage LMS platforms and emerging technologies to optimize hybrid and virtual learning experiences.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • 0-3 years of experience in Learning and Development or similar roles
