UKG Migration Specialist

Drive the successful migration of UKG Workforce Central to Dimensions as a proactive and technically skilled professional.

  • Oversee end-to-end migration projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align deliverables with business objectives.

Technical Setup

  • Configure UKG Workforce central and Dimensions modules, including Timekeeping, Accruals, Pay Rules, and Advanced Scheduling.
  • Migrate legacy data to Dimensions accurately.
  • Validate system setup through rigorous testing and client walkthroughs.

Integration & Reporting

  • Lead Dell Boomi integration efforts between UKG and external systems.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize integration workflows for performance and reliability.
  • Support development and customization of BIRT reports.

Team Management & Initiative

  • Mentor a team of technical consultants and testers.
  • Promote a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

  • 6+ years of experience with UKG Workforce Central and/or Dimensions.
  • Proven track record in leading UKG migration projects.
  • Expertise in Boomi integration and data transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage configuration of UKG Workforce central and Dimensions modules.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure infrastructure readiness.
