Job Summary

Seeking an expert Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant to implement, configure and support Oracle Cloud HCM modules. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR processes and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.

  • This role requires 5-9 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules (Payroll with any module combination).
  • The consultant will lead responses to requests for proposals and collaborate with sales and technical teams to create comprehensive submissions that align with client needs and best practices.
  • Key responsibilities include mapping business requirements to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules, identifying functionality fit/gaps and providing solutions.
  • The consultant will also configure Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Payroll, OTL, Talent Management based on customer needs and document application setups.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving functional issues within HCM modules is also a key responsibility.
  • The consultant will conduct client demos of Oracle HCM Fusion applications, tailoring presentations to highlight the value and address client inquiries.
  • Collaboration with project teams on reports, interfaces, data conversion, and application extensions is also required.
  • The consultant will test and validate technical components, resolving issues as needed.
  • Supporting clients during test phases and resolving implementation-related issues is also a key responsibility.
  • Developing end-user documentation and training materials for Fusion HCM solutions is also required.
  • The consultant will oversee offshore project deliverables for Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, etc.
  • Leading demos and discussions with onshore teams and clients is also a key responsibility.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction through effective collaboration with offshore and onshore teams is also required.
  • Extensive Oracle HCM Cloud configuration experience for Global Human Resources is also necessary.
  • The consultant will act as a subject matter expert, guiding clients through design and implementation of HCM modules.
  • Conducting client workshops, configuration, and training sessions is also required.
  • Experience in creating workflows, security, and OTBI reports is also necessary.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and teamwork skills are also required.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Iterative development methodologies and experience with multi-cultural, geographically diverse teams is also necessary.
Requirements
