Technical Consultant for Oracle VBCS and HCM

We are seeking an experienced Technical Consultant to join our team in delivering high-quality solutions for Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and Human Capital Management (HCM). As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying modern web and mobile applications using VBCS with integrations to Oracle HCM Cloud.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to work on a range of challenging projects, leveraging your expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Oracle JET to extend Oracle Cloud functionalities. You will have the opportunity to develop dynamic UIs using reusable components, REST integrations, and responsive layouts, as well as integrate VBCS applications with Oracle HCM via REST APIs and OAuth2 authentication.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also be responsible for collaborating with HR and business teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable configurations and extensions. Your strong experience in developing/supporting HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher Reports, and OTBI will be invaluable in this role.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop modern web and mobile applications using VBCS with integrations to Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Leverage your expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Oracle JET to extend Oracle Cloud functionalities.
  • Develop dynamic UIs using reusable components, REST integrations, and responsive layouts.
  • Integrate VBCS applications with Oracle HCM via REST APIs and OAuth2 authentication.
  • Collaborate with HR and business teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable configurations and extensions.
  • Perform data loading and mass updates using HDL (HCM Data Loader), and Spreadsheet Loaders.
  • Strong experience in developing/supporting HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher Reports, and OTBI.
