Job Opportunity

    As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and strategic guidance in the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud solutions.

    You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide expert advice on how to meet their various business objectives.

    The key skills required for this role include:

Technical Expertise:

  • Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR, UK Payroll, Absence, Time & Labour, Talent Management, Benefits, Compensation, Security, Workflow modules
  • Fast Formula, BI & OTBI Reports, Value Set, UDT, Personalization
  • Data loading tools (HDL, PBL), HCM Extract

Professional Qualifications:

  • High level of techno-functional skills
  • Oracle products knowledge
  • Problem solving skills
  • Client interaction/service expertise

    You should have experience working in 3 or more Oracle HCM Cloud implementation or support projects as a Techno Functional consultant. Additionally, you should have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud modules - Core HR, UK Payroll, Absence, Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits.

    A strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud security setup is desired. Experience in client-facing roles and proficiency in communication, project/stakeholder/team management, documentation, presentation, client handling, problem solving, solution design, and data analysis are also essential.
