Senior HCM Implementation Manager

The Hiring Squad is looking for a seasoned expert to lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business processes and design tailored solutions for seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Provide strategic guidance on HCM Cloud best practices and industry trends to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customized solutions, ensuring timely completion and high-quality standards.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members in their professional development, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HCM, covering the entire hire-to-retire cycle, with at least 5 end-to-end implementations under your belt.
  • Expertise in one or more modules: OTL, US Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, ORC, Security, Helpdesk, and Benefits.
  • In-depth understanding of HCM Cloud business processes and data flow, enabling you to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
  • A proven track record in client-facing roles, interacting with customers in requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live phases, delivering exceptional results and building strong relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership capability, with excellent planning and follow-up skills, mentorship, work allocation, monitoring, and status updates to Project Managers.
  • Ability to identify, assess, and resolve complex functional issues/problems, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Open to domestic or international travel for short or long durations, with a flexible mindset and adaptability.
