Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP), and ETL framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and develop reporting and analytics solutions using Microsoft technology stack (SQL Server, SQL Server Integration Services, Analysis Services, Tabular model).
  • Create and optimize Power BI dashboards with a focus on usability, performance, flexibility, testability, and standardization.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Create data visualizations to drive decision-making.
  • Design and implement effective data models.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.
  • Optimize performance of queries and visualizations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of BI Analytics development experience with a primary focus on Microsoft.
  • Minimum 2 years of Microsoft Power BI experience (Power BI, Power Pivot, and Power Query).
  • Good knowledge in RDBMS concepts and design model.
  • Strong understanding of SQL, T-SQL, DAX or similar database programming technologies.
  • Advanced DAX calculations.
  • Data Modelling, Analysis, Design, Testing, Development, and Implementation.
  • Communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently to implement a solution with minimal guidance.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience in writing advanced queries and transformations with T-SQL.
  • Data Modelling, Analysis, Design, Testing, Development, and Implementation.
  • Effective stakeholder communication.
  • Independent problem-solving and implementation.
  • Team handling and problem-solving.
