Business Intelligence Developer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join our team. As a BI Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing data visualization solutions using Power BI.

Your primary responsibility will be to work with stakeholders to understand their requirements and create interactive dashboards that provide insights into business performance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business needs and develop effective data models to meet stakeholder requirements
  • Create customized and interactive dashboards using multiple data sources
  • Publish reports into services and manage gateways, reports, groups, and users
  • Design and develop Power BI reports and Power Pivot models for sales data
  • Implement row-level security in Power BI
Key Requirements:
  • Solid understanding of requirement analysis, design, development, implementation, and execution of projects
  • Proficiency in using Power BI Desktop for data visualization through various charts
  • Experience working with teams to design, develop, and implement BI solutions
  • Hands-on experience publishing reports into services, managing gateways, reports, groups, and users
  • Familiarity with Power Pivot models and row-level security in Power BI
