About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key role in driving market insights and client strategies within our organization. As Commercial Real Estate Research Lead, you will be responsible for leading research initiatives that shape the direction of our commercial real estate business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive primary and secondary research to provide in-depth intelligence on commercial real estate markets, business locations, construction, and transactions.
  • Develop high-quality research reports, including whitepapers, articles, and industry publications, to establish thought leadership and support both client and internal requirements.
  • Analyze real estate market trends, talent, and city infrastructure to support client-specific assignments.
  • Author research-led articles and blogs to showcase expertise and contribute to our thought leadership position.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate research findings into strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain a structured research knowledge base for internal and client use.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in research, market analysis, real estate research, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional writing skills, with a demonstrated ability to write clear and concise reports, articles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate markets in India or experience setting up Global Capability Centers (GCCs) is desirable.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
