Senior Research Strategist

As a Senior Research Strategist, you will spearhead key initiatives and drive collaboration in a dynamic environment.

  • Define research objectives by partnering with stakeholders to identify and prioritize goals aligned with business strategies, user needs, and success metrics.
  • Investigate user behaviors through contextual inquiries, ethnographic research, and interviews.
  • Develop research plans using methods such as usability testing, A/B testing, surveys, or advanced MR techniques like conjoint and segmentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and analyze usability by facilitating usability and accessibility testing, identifying improvement opportunities, and providing evidence-based recommendations.
  • Synthesize and share insights by translating complex research into clear design and business recommendations; communicate findings via reports, visualizations, and workshops.
  • Collaborate across teams by working with designers, product teams, and management to ensure research directly informs product and feature decisions.
  • Drive research innovation by contributing to frameworks and methodologies that expand organizational research capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Experience in defining qualitative and quantitative research goals, investigating user needs, and identifying opportunities to improve workflows and productivity.
  • Expertise in evaluating usability through testing and translating insights into actionable design recommendations.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, sharing progress and findings to drive alignment and results.
