We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced structural design engineer to join our company in Mumbai. The role involves designing, estimating, planning, and executing transmission line and telecom tower projects with a strong focus on quality, cost, and timely delivery.

  • ">
  • Prepare detailed structural designs, calculations, and drawings in compliance with IS/IEC/International standards.">
  • Develop BOQ, BOM, and cost estimations for tendering and project execution.">
  • Evaluate client specifications, tender documents, and provide technical & commercial proposals.">
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, fabrication, and site execution teams to ensure alignment of design with project requirements.">
  • Perform load analysis, proto development support, and optimization of structural design for cost-effectiveness.">
  • Lead the estimation process for domestic and international transmission & substation projects.">
  • Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessment, and value engineering for new projects.">
  • Support planning, scheduling, and resource management to meet project deadlines.">
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and third-party inspection agencies for design approvals and clarifications.">
  • Implement ERP/SAP systems for estimation, planning, and inventory management.">
  • Mentor junior engineers and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.">

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Civil Engineering (Master's in Engineering preferred).">
  • 05–12+ years of experience in Tower Design, Estimation, and Project Planning in Power Transmission / Telecom Tower industry.">
  • Hands-on expertise in design software (STAAD, PLS-CADD, AutoCAD, MS Tower) and ERP tools (SAP/JDE).">
  • Strong knowledge of international standards (IS, IEC, ASCE, ASTM, etc.).">
  • Experience in global tendering & estimation for OHTL, Substations, and Telecom Tower projects.">
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.">
