Graduate Structural Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Structural Engineer to join our remote team. As a recent Master's graduate in Structural Engineering, you will have the opportunity to work on real European structural projects, gain valuable experience, and develop your skills in reinforced concrete, cement-based structures, and steel design.

In this role, you will be responsible for working under the guidance of senior engineers, applying theoretical knowledge to practical problems, and contributing to the growth and success of our international team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Bonus points if you have experience with AutoCAD and structural analysis/design software

  • Master's degree in Structural Engineering (completed in 2024/2025)
  • Strong academic performance (First Class with Distinction or equivalent)
  • Graduate from a top-tier Indian university (IIT, NIT, IISc, etc.)
  • Solid theoretical knowledge of reinforced concrete, cement-based structures, and steel design
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and structural analysis/design software (academic or project use)
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Motivated, reliable, and willing to learn from senior engineers
