Our organization is seeking a highly skilled US Accounting Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in managing end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, and compliance for US-based clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting for multiple US clients, ensuring timely posting of transactions.
  • Record journal entries, general ledger adjustments, and maintain accurate accounts payable and receivable records.
Financial Reporting and Compliance
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per US GAAP, providing insightful analysis to support business decisions.
  • Perform reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, and inter-company balances, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
  • Support the preparation of management reports and financial dashboards for clients, enhancing their understanding of their financial position.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent with certifications such as CPA (US) or ACCA.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in US Accounting or Outsourcing/KPO industry, demonstrating strong knowledge of US GAAP and tax compliance.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar accounting software, with advanced MS Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with US clients and stakeholders.
