Server Engineer with Azure Expertise Required

Highly skilled server engineer with strong Azure expertise required.

This role involves managing, supporting and optimizing on-premise and cloud-based server environments for high availability, performance and security.

  • Administer, monitor and troubleshoot Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022).
  • Configure and manage services in Microsoft Azure (VMs, Azure AD, Networking, Storage, etc.).
  • Manage server patching, performance tuning and routine maintenance tasks.
  • Implement and support backup and disaster recovery strategies using Azure Backup, ASR or other tools.
  • Maintain infrastructure documentation, change management and asset tracking.

Candidates should collaborate with security and network teams for compliance and security standards. Provide L3/L4 support for infrastructure-related incidents and escalations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in server administration and infrastructure support.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services.
  • Expertise in Windows Server OS, Active Directory and related services.
  • Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-104, MCSA, MCSE)
  • Experience in hybrid cloud environments (on-prem + Azure)
