Job Overview:

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage key operational functions within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of fund operations and client servicing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the launch of new funds, handling investor transactions, and overseeing mandate changes. They will also serve as the primary point of contact for operational matters with both internal and external stakeholders.

In addition to their technical expertise, the candidate must have strong problem-solving skills and be able to effectively communicate complex information to various audiences. A team management background is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the launch of new funds, ensuring timely and efficient execution
  • Handle investor transactions, including mandate changes and other related activities
  • Act as the primary contact for operational matters with internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead reporting workflows and manage investor reporting end-to-end
  • Drive change management and tech projects to streamline processes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • CA or Master's in Finance with 5–8 years of experience in fund operations or client servicing
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Minimum 1 year of team management experience
  • Proficient in MS Excel; familiarity with Power BI or Tableau preferred
