Job Description

As a Fund Property Accounting Professional, you will be responsible for assuming ownership of the fund complex, encompassing complete end-to-end responsibilities for property/investment accounting and reporting. You will prepare and review monthly/quarterly and annual financial statements with footnotes including management reporting packages.

You will ensure that proper accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls are maintained and that all financial transactions are recorded in accordance with GAAP requirements. Additionally, you will handle bookkeeping for entity's operations which includes cash booking, expense accruals, assets and depreciation accounting, management fees, credit facility maintenance, deal funding, etc.
