Brand Strategist & Social Media Lead

The ideal candidate will own the organic content calendar, plan and produce brand content, identify influencer partnerships, and enforce brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

  • Develop a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the brand's goals and objectives.
  • Plan and produce high-quality brand content, including short-form video and visual assets, to engage audiences and drive awareness.
  • Identify and partner with influencers who share the brand's values and target audience, to amplify reach and credibility.
  • Establish and maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all digital channels, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and inform future strategies.
Requirements:
  • At least 6 years of experience in brand or social media roles at e-commerce or consumer brands startups.
  • Proven track record of leading end-to-end campaigns that lifted awareness or conversions.
  • Hands-on design skills, proficiency in tools like Canva and CapCut, and ability to create engaging visual content.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Data-focused mindset, with ability to set up dashboards and report on campaign metrics.
