Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As an Instrumentation Expert, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the market.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS with clients and partners to drive revenue growth
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and meet client needs
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A basic understanding of instrumentation in process industries such as thermal power plants, oil and gas, paper and pulp, and OEM industries
- Strong sales and marketing skills, with experience in driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
- Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment
We offer a competitive salary range of ₹10,00,000 - ₹15,00,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including:
- 6 working days per week (with 2nd and 4th Saturday off)
