Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced event professional to manage end-to-end wedding and lifestyle events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate and execute high-profile weddings and lifestyle events from conception to completion.
  • Oversee project logistics, including vendor management and stakeholder communication.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert advice on creative event design and operations.
  • Lead a team of professionals in the execution of events, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional client experiences.

The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of event planning principles, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.

Requirements:Essential Skills:
  • Event Management: Proven experience in planning and executing large-scale events.
  • Project Management: Strong understanding of project logistics and timelines.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative event concepts.
  • Leadership: Experience leading teams and managing stakeholders.
