Job Description

  • To ensure the financial well-being of our organization, we are seeking a skilled Chief Financial Officer to lead our finance team and provide strategic guidance on financial planning and management.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for producing timely and accurate financial information, ensuring statutory compliance with local and international accounting standards, and overseeing accounts receivable, payable, general ledger, and monthly close processes.
  • Additionally, they will manage working capital and cash flow, including customer credit and collection, implement and improve financial policies, procedures, and controls, communicate fraud and compliance issues to senior leadership, and manage internal and external compliance reporting and projections.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial analysis methods and techniques, IFRS, and closing/reporting processes, as well as excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, and be fluent in English.
  • A master's degree in Finance or Management is required, along with at least 8 years of professional experience in a similar position.
