Job Description

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow HRSD Developer to join our team.

This role will involve designing and implementing end-to-end solutions using the ServiceNow HRSD module, collaborating with HR and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading solution designs, implementation of complex ServiceNow projects, and hands-on experience in HR processes like case management, employee journey management, and onboarding.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining HR Service Delivery components, working with client scripts, business rules, script actions, and other core ServiceNow scripting features.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for utilizing ServiceNow APIs, following Agile/Scrum methodology for delivery and collaboration, and supporting incident resolution and ongoing system enhancement requests.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8-10 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform as a developer in an enterprise-wide multi-tier production environment
  • At least 10-12 years of experience in Human Resource Management
  • Experience in leading solution designs and implementation of complex ServiceNow projects
  • Hands-on experience in HR processes like case management, employee journey management, and onboarding
  • Understanding of Angular-based front-end and server-side scripting in ServiceNow
  • Client Side and Server-Side Scripting (Catalog Client Script, Business Rules, Script Actions, Script Includes)
  • Client and Server APIs (GlideDialogWindow, GlideForm, GlideAggregate, GlideRecord)
  • Basic understanding and ability to script automated processes, Agile Scrum methodology experience
  • Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, crisis management, and problem-solving skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills, strong analytical, teamwork, and customer engagement skills
  • Ability to teach and share knowledge with team members and other HCM teams
