Job Title:
Senior Executive
The ideal candidate will maintain and update records of customer interactions, handle customer complaints, and provide solutions within time limits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Handle customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Assist with registration and legal documentation for customers.
- Analyze documents related to sales agreements and other relevant paperwork.
- Facilitate communication between customers and internal departments.
- Utilize MS Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance customer experience.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and interact with financial institutions as needed.
- Liaise with the Account, Legal, and Liaisoning departments.
- Process customer accounts and file relevant documents.
- Work towards meeting Time-Achievement Targets (TAT) and complete additional tasks assigned by senior authorities.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with regulations related to the industry or Department of Stamp Duty & Registration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex documents and provide solutions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Openness to learning and utilizing AI-powered tools.
