Job Title: Data Architect Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data warehouse solutions using cutting-edge technologies such as Snowflake and Azure Data Factory (ADF).
  • Design forward-thinking data engineering and analytics solutions to drive business growth.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of star and snowflake dimensional modeling to optimize data structures.
  • Utilize expertise in Snowflake security, SQL, and object design to ensure robust data management.
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake utilities including SnowSQL, SnowPipe, Tasks, Streams, Time travel, Cloning, Optimizer, data sharing, stored procedures, and UDFs is a must.
  • Strong understanding of Databricks Data and Delta Lake Architecture is essential for success.
  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing complex data integration and transformation workflows using Azure Data Factory (ADF).
  • Deep understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile Methodologies is required.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical abilities with proven strength in root-cause analysis are necessary.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and through technical writing to all levels of the organization is crucial.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills at all levels are vital for success.
  • Dedication to excellence in one's work, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and thoroughness are essential.
  • Hands-on experience in support activities, able to create and resolve tickets – Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Snowflake and ADF development.
  • Strong experience in working in an Onsite/Offshore model.
  • Experience in designing and implementing data warehousing solutions.
