Visual Design Director

We are seeking a forward-thinking Visual Design Director to spearhead our visual identity and lead design efforts across various platforms. As the champion of our brand's aesthetic, you will define and evolve our visual language to elevate our online and offline presence.

The role requires leading multi-disciplinary teams in media and digital publishing environments, fostering innovation, and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

  • Develop and implement scalable design systems and asset libraries that facilitate quality and efficiency.
  • Leverage creative AI tools to enhance concepting, style-frames, motion pre-viz, and rapid prototyping processes.
  • Promote a culture of critique and craft by mentoring graphic designers and motion artists.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Broaden your expertise in Adobe CC (Ps, Ai, Id, Ae), Figma, and bonus points for Blender/C4D, Unreal, or 3-D prototyping apps.
  2. Expand your proficiency in Gen-AI image/video tools for ideation and production; develop effective prompt libraries and refine your writing skills.
  3. Maintain high standards of visual mastery in typography, color, layout, motion, data-viz & brand systems.
  4. Cultivate storytelling & strategy skills to drive narrative development behind every pixel and communicate concepts effectively.
