Job Overview

The Project Coordinator oversees the closeout process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all steps necessary for project closeout, ensuring compliance with established procedures and timelines.
  • Maintain and update project data in designated planning tools while collaborating with project controls team members to verify information.
  • Oversee the return of confirmed surplus materials through the RMA process, ensuring accurate recording in warehouse and PeopleSoft.
  • Communicate regularly with teams to facilitate accurate true-up and turnover documentation.
  • Assist in promoting RFDS for scopes where drone inspections are not required and serve as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for delivering SAQ CADs to quality team.
  • Review subcontractor material purchase order requests for potential cost recovery and forward to team as necessary.
  • Own final turnover package, including reviewing turnover deliverables submitted by contractor and following up on contractors regarding deliverables.
  • Approve closeout processes in PeopleSoft and manage JVizion tasks and data fields associated with turnover processes.

Qualifications/Experience

  • 2+ years of experience required.
  • Good understanding of concepts required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
  • MS Office skills required.
  • Relevant experience in technology and telecommunications required.
  • Engineering certification preferred.
  • Working knowledge of industry standard materials preferred.
  • Construction management background preferred

Education

A recognized degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent years of work experience.
