Job Title: Project Management Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for project management support in various aspects. You will collaborate with international teams and work on projects related to engineering and back office topics.

We are looking for an experienced professional who can bring valuable expertise in project management, particularly in the automotive sector. Your role will involve managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. Project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and control;
  3. Development of project schedules and resource allocation plans;
  4. Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration;
  5. Managing project budgets and costs;
  6. Ensuring compliance with OEM standards and company policies;

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or any automotive subject;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the automotive sector;
  • Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum);
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Familiarity with Creo, ProE, and other CAD software;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
