Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Functional Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our Treasury Core System.

You will provide support to business users and implement new systems, rendering system support and training to end-users as part of our Business as Usual (BAU) operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Rendering system support and training to end-users as part of BAU operations
  • Conducting business analysis to understand business processes and requirements, translating them into software specifications
  • Acting as an interface amongst business units, technology teams, and support teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery
  • Effectively communicating with internal teams and external clients to deliver functional requirements
  • Managing system compliance-related requirements and tracking issues reported and closure
