Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst with a strong background in .NET, SQL, ERP systems, and functional documentation. This role will support digital transformation projects by creating detailed process flows, developing functional and UAT test scripts, assisting in implementation planning, and contributing to change management.

The ideal candidate should have experience in manufacturing processes, master data, Bill of Materials (BOM), install base, material master data, and ERP integrations with systems like Liferay, PLM, and custom applications.


Responsibilities:

  • Utilize expertise in .NET, SQL, and ERP systems to support digital transformation initiatives.
  • Develop functional documentation, as-is and to-be process flows, and conduct functional and UAT testing.
  • Create test scripts and support implementation plans, providing change management assistance.
  • Conduct business demos and facilitate training sessions.
  • Collaborate on master data management and maintain accurate Bill of Materials, install base, and material master data.
  • Manage ERP system integrations, including upstream and downstream systems.
  • Support integrations and enhancements for applications such as Liferay, software key generation, escalation management, and PLM systems.

  • Technical Skills: .NET, SQL, ERP Systems, Microsoft Technologies.
  • Documentation & Testing: Functional Documentation, As-Is and To-Be Process Flows, Functional Testing, UAT, Test Script Creation.
  • Implementation & Change Management: Implementation Planning, Change Management, Business Demos.
  • Domain Expertise: Manufacturing, Master Data, Bill of Materials, Install Base, Material Master Data.
  • Integration Experience: Integrations with ERP systems, upstream/downstream systems, Liferay, PLM, and custom applications.
  • Project Involvement: Experience in large programs is a plus.
