About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our team. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading technical projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR, UK Payroll, Absence, Time & Labour, Talent Management, Benefits, Compensation, Security, Workflow modules.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with development teams to design, develop, and test software applications.
  • Maintain high level of techno-functional skills, Oracle products knowledge, problem solving skills, and customer interaction/service expertise.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 7-20 years of IT experience with at least 8 years of Fusion experience and remaining years of HCM domain experience in Oracle EBS.
  • Familiarity with Fast Formula, BI & OTBI Reports, Value Set, UDT, Personalization, data loading tools (HDL, PBL), HCM Extract.
  • Experience working in 3 or more Oracle HCM Cloud implementation or support projects as a Techno Functional consultant.
  • Knowledge of workflow configuration using BPM and strong technical knowledge in Oracle HCM Cloud security setup.
  • Experience/Knowledge in Reporting, Data Migration and Interface/Integration development using HDL, PBL, HCM Extract, BIP, Web Service etc.
