Key Responsibilities – Oracle HCM and OIC Technical Consultant1. Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Support & Development:

  • Configure and customize Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent, Compensation, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Reports, and HDL (HCM Data Loader).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Work on security roles, workflows, and user provisioning in Oracle HCM.

Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Development & Management:

  • Design and develop integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and other applications.
  • Utilize OIC components such as REST/SOAP APIs, File-based integrations, Adapters, and Event Triggers.
  • Implement B2B integrations, scheduled jobs, and process automation.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring high availability and performance.3.

Data Management & Reporting:

  • Develop and manage BI Publisher Reports, OTBI Dashboards, and HCM Data Extracts.
  • Work with SQL, PLSQL, JSON/XML, and Web Services for data transformation.
  • Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with business requirements.4.

System Enhancements & Support:

  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to enhance HCM functionalities.
  • Support quarterly updates, patches, and regression testing for Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Improve system performance and ensure best practices in coding, debugging, and troubleshooting.5.

Process Automation & Optimization:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes using Oracle tools.
  • Implement OIC-based integrations with third-party systems like SAP, Workday, or custom applications.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, security, and regulatory requirements.6.

Documentation & Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, integration guides, and user manuals.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
  • Provide training and support to HR and IT teams on new Oracle HCM/OIC features.
