We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM and Oracle AI Agent Studio Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, including configuration, customization, and integration, combined with hands-on experience in Oracle AI Agent Studio to build AI-driven workflows and virtual agents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and deploy intelligent virtual agents using Oracle AI Agent Studio to automate HR processes and enhance user experience.
  • Develop AI-driven workflows and conversational interfaces to support employee self-service, onboarding, and other HR functions.
  • Integrate Oracle AI Agent Studio solutions with Oracle HCM Cloud and other systems to enable seamless data flow and automation.
  • Leverage natural language processing and machine learning capabilities to optimize agent performance and user interactions.
  • Configure and customize Oracle HCM Cloud modules to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and other enterprise systems using Oracle Integration Cloud.
  • Collaborate with HR business analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle AI Agent Studio implementations.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Stay updated on Oracle product roadmaps, new features, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Skill Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Oracle AI Agent Studio for designing conversational AI and automation workflows, building AI-driven virtual agents and workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture, data models, and security frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including configuration, customization, and integration of modules.
  • Experience with tools like Oracle Visual Builder, JavaScript, or other scripting languages is a plus.
  • Good to have certifications - Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Professional, and/or Oracle AI or Cloud-related certifications.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering quality results with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively.
