Finance Manager

Key responsibilities for this role include overseeing day-to-day operations of accounts payable and B2C revenue, as well as analyzing accounts receivable aging reports to ensure timely payment from customers.

  • Accounting Operations

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of accounts receivable clerks or specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

  • This includes delegating tasks, setting targets, and ensuring the team adheres to departmental goals and objectives.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing automation tools or software solutions to streamline workflows and reduce manual efforts.

  • Financial Analysis

  • The Finance Manager will analyze accounts receivable reports, metrics, and KPIs for management and financial reporting purposes.

  • They will identify potential revenue leakage, margin monitoring, and implement processes to bridge gaps.

  • Responsible for monthly balance sheet schedules including GL to Sub-GL reconciliation with ageing etc.

Requirements:

  • Candidates with 4-6 years of work experience in B2B setup are required.
  • Experience in IFRS/Ind-AS is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making mentality are essential.
