We are seeking a Branch Service Operations Manager to lead a team of branch operations staff and ensure the smooth running of all branch activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of branch operations staff (Teller/Customer Support Officer) to ensure the smooth running of the branch.
  • Transaction Authorization: Authorize all transactions posted by operations staff and ensure timely, error-free processing.
  • Compliance & Audits: Ensure adherence to banking guidelines, quality frameworks, and audit requirements. Update all relevant notices and displays as per RBI requirements. Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and other regulations in all branch banking operations.
  • Custody & Inventory: Ensure the safe custody of all stationery, account kits, cheque books, and forms. Ensure the timely updation of all relevant registers.
  • Sales & Customer Service: Facilitate the cross-selling of savings and investment products to clients to meet branch objectives. Deliver high standards of customer service and relationship management to retain clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in managing branch operations and a team of operations staff.
  • Strong knowledge of banking guidelines, quality frameworks, and audit requirements.
  • Expertise in KYC, AML, and other relevant banking regulations.
  • Ability to handle and authorize transactions with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Experience in cross-selling financial products.
  • Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
