Job Summary

As a Global Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for managing all levels of talent acquisition, recruiting, and recruitment programs. You will serve as a consultant and partner to stay current on business and market trends, assisting on both the strategic and tactical level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring teams to build effective strategies for meeting business hiring needs.
  • Manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.
  • Recruit active/passive candidates, gauge fitment, and understand motivation.
  • Screen/interview candidates within the framework of position specifications and prepare an ideal candidate slate.

Requirements

  • Graduate from a reputable university.
  • 3+ years of prior work experience.
  • Hands-on recruiter with strong sourcing skills and knowledge of latest market trends.
  • Ability to source tech talent, hire for roles like Product, Program, Sales, Tech Engineering, and senior leadership.
