Job Overview:

The App Monitoring Expert plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless application operation.

This individual will leverage expertise in Dynatrace setup and configuration to troubleshoot user issues, perform root cause analysis, and identify recurring problems for long-term resolution.

A solid understanding of web technologies, frameworks, and synthetic monitoring is essential for success in this role.

This position requires exceptional collaboration and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

Project management skills are necessary to ensure timely task completion and efficient priority management.

The successful candidate will possess a problem-solving mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Proven experience with Dynatrace setup and configuration
  • Experience in operational application management
  • Expertise in setting up alarming for Dynatrace and Splunk
  • Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks
  • Ability to analyze and optimize application code with respect to error handling and alerting
  • Strong understanding of synthetic monitoring and alarm management
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

Key Responsibilities:

This role involves:

  • Setting up alarming for Dynatrace and Splunk
  • Defining and fine-tuning alerts
  • Integrating Dynatrace alerts into incident management tooling

Requirements:
