Performance Test Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Performance Test Specialist to drive performance testing and optimization of our applications.

  • Design, develop, and execute performance test plans and scenarios to ensure optimal application performance.
  • Utilize tools such as Apache JMeter and LoadRunner for load, stress, endurance, and spike testing to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and DevOps to optimize system performance and efficiency.

Key qualifications include:

  • 6+ years of experience in performance testing with expertise in tools like Apache JMeter and LoadRunner.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.

This is a mid-senior level role requiring strong technical skills, excellent collaboration and communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing performance test plans and scenarios.
  • Monitoring application performance using AppDynamics to identify and resolve performance issues.
  • Providing detailed performance reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize and address performance-related issues.
