Job Title: Solutions Architect

About the Role

As a solutions architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and building applications that meet our clients' needs. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Collaboration is key to success in this role. You will work closely with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, facilitate discussions to address challenges, and guide your team in implementing effective solutions.

Stakeholder engagement is also a critical aspect of this position. You will engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.

Driving the success of application development initiatives while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment will be your primary focus.

Responsibilities and Deliverables
  • Expected to be an SME (Subject Matter Expert)
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform
  • Responsible for team decisions
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
  • Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills
  • Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery
Requirements and Qualifications

Proficiency in Pega Platform is a must-have skill.

PEGA CSA and CSSA certification is mandatory with the latest version.

Experience with Pega 7.x and Pega 8.x is highly desirable.

A strong understanding of application design principles and best practices is essential.

Experience in integrating Pega applications with other systems and platforms is a plus.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools is required.

Additional Information

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Pega Platform.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.

A 15-year full-time education is required.
