Senior Program Manager Role

Job Description

As a Senior Program Manager, you will oversee the implementation of state-level initiatives. This position requires strong leadership skills to ensure successful project execution and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will serve as the central point of contact for critical project decisions.
  • You will manage senior officials, funders, partners, and state governments to achieve project outcomes.
  • You will monitor project timelines, progress, risks, dependencies, and delegate responsibilities effectively.

Cross-functional Support:

  • You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure sufficient backend support and alignment within Haryana initiatives.
  • You will analyze data to identify trends across multiple state programs, contributing to organizational learning.
  • You will document program activities, monitor data, develop case studies, and compile evidence of outcomes.

Educational Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • 8-10 years of experience in program management, preferably with exposure to managing projects involving senior government functionaries.
  • Proficient in data monitoring and analysis, with a strong ability to interpret and utilize data to inform decision-making.
