Job Overview

  • Liaison with Government Officials: Establish strong relationships with key government stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and growth.
  • Team Management: Oversee and motivate the state-level team, fostering productivity and a collaborative work environment.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities within the state government sector, driving new partnerships and contracts.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and government policies impacting the business.
  • Contract Management: Ensure seamless execution and management of government contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership Experience: 2-4 years of experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role managing state-level operations.
  • Tendering Expertise: Strong knowledge and experience in government tendering processes.
  • Government Liaison: Proven ability to liaise with government officials and handle public sector relationships.
  • Team Motivation: Ability to lead and motivate a team, manage diverse workgroups, and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field.
  • Policy Knowledge: Familiarity with state-specific regulations, policies, and procedures related to government procurement, contracts, and tenders.
