We&aposre Hiring: NSO Manager Pharma Retail | Uttar Pradesh

Position:NSO Manager

Location:Uttar Pradesh (extensive intra-state travel required)

Industry:Pharma Retail (Mandatory experience required)

Experience:5+ years in retail operations with at least 2 years in Pharma retail NSO

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of new pharmacy store launches.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams: Projects, HR, Procurement, Compliance, and Marketing.
- Ensure adherence to pharmacy regulations and licensing requirements at each location.
- Manage timelines, vendor coordination, and inventory planning for smooth openings.
- Conduct post-launch evaluations and handover to operational teams.

What Were Looking For:

- Mandatory experience inPharma retail store operations or expansion.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance and licensing.
- Excellent project management and team coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Uttar Pradesh.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
