Job Overview

You will own the end-to-end delivery of complex technology initiatives that power our global products and client solutions.

You will work autonomously and collaboratively across product, engineering, operations, and client teams to translate priorities into actionable roadmaps, drive progress against goals, and deliver scalable solutions that make an impact worldwide.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple concurrent, complex technology projects from onboarding through successful delivery across distributed, agile squads.
  • Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating ceremonies and fostering high-performance team dynamics to achieve rapid, quality releases.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to transform business needs into clear, actionable plans and delivery schedules.
  • Track and communicate project health with metrics like velocity, burn-down, throughput, and deadlines to both internal leadership and external clients.
  • Proactively identify and remove risks, roadblocks, and dependencies, escalating when necessary to maintain momentum.
  • Influence and align senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders by clearly communicating trade-offs, progress, and strategic choices.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, continuous improvement, and collaboration across geographically dispersed teams.

Requirements

You will need:

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

5-10 years' experience managing software product delivery, ideally in SaaS or SportsTech sectors.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) is preferred.

Deep expertise in Agile and hybrid methodologies, with experience leading distributed and offshore teams.
