Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze competitor activity through in-depth market research.

  • Develop and monitor technical policies, manage portfolio delinquencies, and control fraud.
  • Ensure timely monitoring and compliance on legal and technical aspects of project approvals.
  • Analyze new residential projects and facilitate fast approval for advanced processing and funding.
  • Conduct property audits to analyze collateral risk and manage quality real estate portfolios.
