Regional Finance Executive Overview
">This role focuses on providing financial leadership and expertise to regional teams, ensuring timely execution of customer codes, settlement of price claims, and proper pricing uploads in SAP. Key responsibilities include:
">- Customer Code Creation: Ensure creation of customer codes within set time limits and with complete documentation.
- Price Claim Settlement: Settle Price Claims within prescribed time limits.
- Pricing Uploads: Upload proper prices in SAP to avoid future issues in prices. Issuance of all types of Credit Notes.
- Order Release: Ensure order release as per the set credit policy.
- Tax Management: Park GST TDS and Income Tax TDS entries on a quarterly basis.
Account Receivable Hygiene
">This role emphasizes maintaining high standards of account receivable hygiene by ensuring:
">- Balance Confirmation: Ensure 80% balance confirmation for total direct customers.
- Dealer NOC: Ensure 100% Dealer NOC every quarter.
- Customer Interaction: Regular interaction with customers to avoid potential issues.
- Credit Note Confirmation: Obtain Credit Note Confirmation from Distributors every quarter.
- Account Collections: Account collections against invoices and ensure no open credits exceed 10 days at month-end.
Contract Compliance
">Key aspects of contract compliance include:
">- Agreement Updates: Update all agreement copies in SSC repository within 1 month of invoicing.
- Commercial Stakeholder Communication: Communicate 90 days prior to Commercial stakeholders if any agreement is expiring or price revision clause.
- Sales Team Support: Support regional-level information for sales teams.
Other Responsibilities

">- Day-to-Day Administration: Provide day-to-day administration support to respective regions.
- Sales Team Support: Support sales teams with regional-level information related to customers.
- Vendor Payments: Ensure timely payment of vendors for respective regions and provide monthly accruals.
- Tender Filing Documentation: Support tender filing documentation and EMD/DD for sales teams.
