Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Credit Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in leading and managing credit process operations across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate effective credit and risk strategies through the provision of critical inputs\
  • Manage and lead teams to deliver successful credit process operations and develop procedures for business excellence\
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with proven abilities in training, relationship management, and planning\
  • Work with advanced software systems to analyze loan applications and evaluate financial data\
  • Conduct thorough credit appraisals and underwriting of business loans to determine feasibility\
  • Meet with applicants to gather information for loan applications and conduct site visits to assess financial situations\
  • Oversee the entire credit and backend process at a regional level and provide training to resources on credit, operations, and sales documentation\
  • Analyzing applicant's financial status and credit evaluations\
  • Developing service standards for business excellence\
